[Closed] I chose monthly payment but they charged me for annual

I’ve sent 3 requests already to get the money back. I feel really dissapointed that this is taking alot of time. Has this happened to anyone else and did they resolve it? Also I am pretty sure I chose the monthly payment instead of annual, so I don’t think the mistake came from my side. Viki please resolve this and return the extra money. I used viki since 2013 and have even made subtitles and all. I always loved viki and thought it was a very good trustworthy site, but now I’m starting to doubt it :/
