Going back to the old player
Is there any way to not watch the videos in the new full screen player. I don't like how the video takes up the full screen now. How do we go back to the original normal size player?

This new user interface SUCKS! Not user friendly at all
Having same problem. I do not understand why they are forcing people to watch with new full screen. Absolutely hate it

About this change, the thing I do not like and cannot watch my shows, is that the box they inserted after I click on my show pops up that says: New Video Player Design Notice then the box below says OK GOT IT which when I click it does NOTHING. It leaves the box message there and I cannot watch my show. This is so annoying and makes me angry because I am paying $9.99 a month. Guess I will have to cancel everything on this site. This Viki website should have an e-mail address where we can e-mail them with these problems. Why fix something that is not even broken. HATE IT!!!

Give us the old player with episode fwd & reverse buttons - the new button to change episodes is a pain in the ass

Please give us the option to watch shows on the old player. I detest the new player for a variety of reasons. I am a paid subscriber and would like to be able to enjoy the shows in the original format. Thanks!
The original format was so much better! It has been so frustrating the past few days. In addition to all of the previous comments, this version also does NOT start you where you left off on the last viewing. At least on the show I was watching, it kept starting me at the same place in the episode I was watching when the unfortunate transition was implemented.
At least the old Player WORKED.
i have not been able to see any episode at all, no matter what browser i use. it keeps saying i have an adblocker active. bye bye Viki. maybe ill be back in 6 months when you fix things.
I miss seeing viewer comments for each individual episode. I do not like the new player format.

Dear support team, please allow me to revert back to the old player. It keeps crashing and i've tried this on a Mac, PC desktop, iphone, and a PC laptop. This has never been an issue with the previous player.
I can't stand the new webplayer. We can't see the individual episodes comments anymore. Wanting to go to an actors/actress page is a hassle now. To be able to do that, you have to stop the episode, click out of the web player, go back to the main webpage of the show. Then when you resume the episode you were just watching, the playback spot is off and not where you stopped. What a shitshow.
I've had a paid subscription to VIKI for years. I hate the new player for so many reasons and on so many levels! It's the worst design ever. How can I get the original player back for my account? Another thing... why are there so many changes to how VIKI works?! I really hate the content offered by the American film industry so I've been watching Korean and Chinese dramas exclusively for at least 10 years now. Sometimes the dramas are available with all episodes already uploaded and sometimes they're new ones that are still on air. VIKI used to show my watch history and everything I'm currently watching. Since I'm usually watching several dramas concurrently this made it easier for me to continue where I left off ini each of them. This feature seems to have been either eliminated completely or else it's now some hidden function I don't know how to access. I used to have subscriptions to DramaFever and VIKI which worked well as they each showed dramas that were available exclusively on their individual sites. DramaFever is now defunct so VIKI became my sole primary go-to site where before they shared that position with DF. I also have subscriptions to Kocowa and Netflix for alternate viewing pleasure but VIKI has been the one I always checked first for any drama I wanted to watch. Now they have taken a step backward it seems and changed their player... the cahnge is for the worse not the better. What can I do to revert back to the old player which was far more satisfactory than the one they're using right now!
The only thing I dislike about the new player is the giant subtitles. Even with the setting at "small" they're still way too big. If there was a way to either properly shrink the subs or go back to the old player, that would be fab/.
