[Solved] Subscription cancellation was not successful!

I first tried to cancel my subscription. That didn't work so then I tried to delete my account. I contacted support several times and there has been no resolution after over a month of effort. As a result my subscription was renewed without my authority.

Does anyone out there know how I can get in touch with someone who will help me resolve this problem?

    From looking at your account, I can see that your Viki Pass subscription was made through iTunes.

    Due to Apple's strict regulations we're unable to cancel your Viki Pass subscription on our end. Please cancel on the iTunes Store via "Manage Subscriptions." A more detailed description can be found here.

    Your Viki Pass benefits will continue until the end of your billing period.

    Should you need further assistance or would like a refund, please also reach out to iTunes directly by following these instructions.
