[Closed] Video fail to load - Running Man series

I have a Song A9G Bravia TV with built in Chromecast. I can watch most of my shows on Viki except the latest episodes of Running man. So far it is mostly recent episodes of Running man that gives this error I have reset the TV completely. No success I have uninstalled and reinstalled Viki App. No success The episodes work on Amazon Firestick and web browser. But not Chromecast

    Hello,

    Thanks for writing in to us.

    There were some updates made, please try the following first:

    • Reboot your Chromecast device. You may refer to the steps here.
    • Logout of the Viki app, restart your device and log back in.

    If the issue still persists after, could you provide the following information:

    • What device are you Chromecasting from? 
    • What is the Viki app version (You may find it under settings)?
    • What are the episode numbers of the affected Running Man episodes?
    • A screenshot of the error page you see
