[Solved] “Video failed to load” for On Air shows
Hello, I am not able to view any On Air shows in my TV. It just said “video failed to load” for all of them. I’ve logged in and out, turned the TV on and off and have uninstalled and installed again. I’m an annual plus pass member and would like to be able to view these on my TV. Any suggestions?

We have released an updated version of the app that should resolve the problem. Please update your Android TV Viki application and make sure it's the version 2.4.1.
