    Thank you for writing in to us. 

    I looked up your email address, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass Plus benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki with this account

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know and we'll be glad to help. Be sure to send us full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so I can further escalate it to our engineers.
