  If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Log out from your Viki account
  2. Log back in to Viki with this email address

  Thank you for the riply but you are right.I have a Viki Pass.But to follow same series I need an upgrade of the Viki Pass and I will resolve this according to your instractions....Many Regards.
