[Closed] Viki page not working on Google Chrome

Hi! Just recently having issues with Viki on my Google Chrome browser. Everytime I try to open the website, it keeps saying Site Not Working. This happens only on my Google Chrome browser. The site works fine on my Safari browser. 

Please help me fix it! I use the Chrome browser all the time because I cast the shows on TV using my Chromecast.

    Hi there! 

    We're aware of this situation and our engineers are working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, please take these steps: 

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account
