[Solved] Unable to see subtitles on fire stick 4k
Was able to see English subtitles just fine last week. I cleared cache/data on the viki app. Uninstalled and reinstalled viki app, changing subtitles from off to on still not working any ideas?

Same here. Not working on firetv, firestick, roku, apple iOS, chrome cast, or Website for most of the shows. Was working about an hour ago but just stopped showing subtitles when I started a new episode. Is anyone out there that can help?
