[Solved] No subs on Roku /Are you doing updates by any chance?

This started about noon Eastern Standard Time. 

Last time, after the subs were out for several days, I noticed you had changed some formatting on the Roku app. Is this likely to be happening throughout the weekend? Thanks

  • What the heck is going on? And why do we always get such delayed responses? If it is on all apps then Viki is doing something with their whole system but not warning or telling us about it. Last time clearly that had made system changes but never mentioned that when everyone's subs weren't functioning then. Please Viki can you be up front with us? You need a section here where you actively post when you are doing system maintenance or changes.

  • There are no English subs on my PC, even when it states 100% subbed.
