[Solved] Error - 2 dramas wont load

I hear your voice and Dr Srranger wont load, they say error. Doesnt matter if its Roku or my Samsung phone. Other dramas load fine. This has been a problem for 2 weeks. HELP!!! 😭

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on Roku and Samsung device

    To make sure this is not app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your Roku and Samsung device. To locate and reinstall the Viki app on Roku, please follow these steps
    3. Turn your Samsung and Roku device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account. For your Roku device, you can follow the steps here.

    If you're still facing issues thereafter, can you please provide the following information?

    1. Your current location /region.
    2. Which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue? Please give as many details as possible
    3. A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue.

  • I did as you suggested. I logged out of Viki, even unplugged Roku for a few minutes but these 2 dramas still respond with "opps, something went wrong, please try loading the video later. Error" No place to add pictures, I took screen shots.

    I found each drama, clicked on them it takes me to the episode screen. I clicked on watch now and get error message above, I also clicked episode 1 icon and get same error message.
