    I went back to the upgrade for Annual Plus
    Message says...Error Your order is processing. Your item will be available in a few minutes.

    Not so.... Waiting more than a few...

  • It troubles me that I believe what they offer... An immediate upgrade. It says so in the email confirmation- 'immediately'. And they don't deliver what they say in writing on their app...item will be available in a few minutes. BS. Instead of watching I am hear writing about their non available services.

  • I logged out and back in several times. Still showing Viki Pass Standard. If you say available immediately or... processing. Your item will be available in a few minutes... And these statements prove to be wrong then you are a fraud or incompetent or both.
