[Solved] Collections

I've looked this up but I'm still not able to access any of the collections I've made. Most of them are private because I use them to organize what I need to watch and what I've watched already.
Why am I not able to see any of my existing collections or create any new ones?

    Hey,

    Your Collections have been recovered and you should be able to see them again.

    If anyone experiences any problems seeing them, please let me know.

  • I am having the same problem . Has there been an answer to this problem ? I can see the collection titles II have made when I drop down on a drama, so they are still available but I am not able to get into them. Hope I haven' lost all of them. it's a great way to organize.

  • I can still add to my collections but can't access them! They aren't listed under Watch History- Collections. Is this a known issue? Plans to fix it?

  • I am also having the same problem.  My collections are listed under the "Add to my collections" option on a drama page, but I can't view them when I go into the Collections tab for my account.  Do we need to create new ones, or can they be recovered?

  • Hi, I was wondering if there were any recent updates? I can't see my Collections under Watch History (clicking Collections just brings me to the Overview page, which doesn't have a Collections section for me). If the issue is Public versus Private, I'm unable to change that setting because I can't get to the page referred to in the Collections FAQ page. Also, does this mean that Private collections is no longer a viable option? Thanks for any help!

    Sorry to hear you are still not able to see your Collections.

    Private collections are still a viable option, and should appear under your Collections page. Although as they're private, they will not be appearing on your Overview page, which is public for other users to see.
