[Closed] PRIVATE MESSAGING IS COMPLETELY DOWN. Cannot send, respond to messages..and cannot therefore sub call?
Well, the PM boxes are not working at the moment. Not out of private mail or the manage function in the cover page to call volunteers to the waiting episodes.
(Or answer people who need help too, lol)
Nothing to show other than it hangs up for about 30 seconds or a minute, then "error, unable to send message".

p.s. and my help center is in Spanish, out of nowhere too. Luckily I've been here so many times I know where I am going...

Thanks for bringing this up! It looks like there was an intermittent issue that is now resolved. Can you check if you are now able to send PMs?
In regards to the Help Center language, can you let me know how you landed on the Viki Help Center? Was it via Viki.com's drop-down menu or maybe via google search?

I am also having difficulties with the private messaging. All of my short messages will go through, but my long messages will not send.
