[Solved] Verify every time I log in - why is this happening?
Hi
Every time I log in now I have to go through the verify pictures. This is getting tiresome. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop it? I am using Windows 10 PC with Pale Moon. Everything else works fine. Thanks.

We are using reCAPTCHA to help ensure user security. It gets automatically triggered when user login activity is deemed suspicious (ex. incorrect email/password login attempts, failing reCAPTCHA verification). You can find out more about it here.
After more successful attempts, you should be encountering less reCAPTCHA verification processes.
You can also connect your Facebook/Google account to your account by following these steps, this will make it easier for you to log in successfully, and should reduce the frequency of reCAPTCHA verifications after some time.

I share's me_97's complaint above. I am also getting tired of having to verify pictures whenever I log in. I have piad a one-year subscription and I am starting to regret doing this. Is email and password not enough protection to get in to Viki's website?

Sorry to hear you're constantly getting the reCAPTCHA.
What I can suggest is for you to link your Facebook/Google account to your Viki account as well. You can enable Facebook/Google login with these steps:
