    Can you confirm if both the video player volume settings and your computer volume settings are turned on.

  • This happened to me twice yesterday I had to refresh, logout/login, several times then it worked, I thought it was my pc but all other media worked with sound. It first started out with sound, then like a rip and no sound, then no sound....  until the several tries.
