[Solved] Not receiving QC Newsletters Ticket #370291
Hi Kristie, I'm not sure which is faster, but it seems I have not received the QC Newsletter again.
I did verify my email address with viki in December as Camille said, but I think there must be another issue, could you check out what is going on. Thanks, Simi
PS It seems I'm not the only one.
After investigation, it appears some of you are not receiving the QC newsletters due to multiple different factors.
I'll be reaching out individually to the people who reported this issue in the post as well as those reporting it in Discussions with more information.
In addition, to receive QC newsletters, please note that it's necessary to tick the Newsletter checkbox in your Account Settings
For anyone else also experiencing this issue, please let me know by responding to this post or submitting a help request so that we can investigate the issue.

Kristie, nothing in Spam folder also. I do receive emails for notifications and feedbacks from this forum and discussions, emails from other viki members and I got from Viki Community too as explained when I received my last Viki Community email last year in my ticket.
I believe the last email from Viki Community was December 11, 2017, but I DID NOT receive the Newsletter Date: 2017-09-18 19:27 GMT+02:00 Subject: [QC Newsletter] A Brand New Badge, Our Language Quiz and More! (a friend emailed me the copy) And the one from January 31st.
Afterwards I wrote to the Help Center. I posted today the view source of last email if that should help with something.
But I am not the only one NOT to have received Viki's recent Newsletter about the badges and 10 years Viki!! (There are more people I spoke with, who did not write in discussions nor here)

I've updated the engineers and we hope to figure out what's going on soon.
Kristie, I received the January Newsletter in my email box yesterday, I'm guessing the engineers have fixed something Ok I read the comment under my ticket and I want the folks know about this SOFT BOUNCE email management so others can perhaps keep an eye on this.
A soft bounce means that the email address was valid and the email message reached the recipient’s mail server. However, it bounced back because:
I receive everyday other regular emails, therefore it surprised me that only the newsletter did not come in while other Vikimail comes normally.

You're lucky, I still have not received it.
Kristie. My mailox is not full. And I guess that Yahoo is not down. :)
And in my account setting, the Newsletter checkbox is tick.
I recommend to write Kristie directly, that's what Ive been told for the other german members. The problem is likely not you but a technical sending/server issue, see soft bounce. Bonne chance!!

Also, can I check if you received the email I sent to you via the Help Center. The title of that email should start with "Request created from: Not receiving QC Newsletters..."

I am joining the club, I think I didn't get any QC newsletter since 2018. I got told to place the hook in the settings, which I did, I get all the other mails, except the one I want. Nothing in spam either.
Can you check it, please?
