[Closed] Issue with accessing viki

I watch Viki from my home device, nothing changed, didn’t change internet user or device. I started getting the message that I am using a proxy or vpn since Saturday. I have written to viki, posted on community, contacted the third party company who deals with this error message, noone has addressed my issue. I get the automated acknowledgment and nothing else. I posted on the community forum but Viki closed the post. I’m very disappointed with the service i am getting as I am a paying customer. This is another attempt to get viki to address my concern
