[Closed] Response times to support tickets?

I recognize support agents likely have a lot of requests to deal with, but what response time can I expect?

I submitted a ticket #1810765 two weeks ago regarding how/if I can upgrade from Viki Standard to Viki Plus (since there's a specific show I'd like to watch), but I've yet to hear back from support on how to resolve this issue (despite the fact that it seems to be a very common problem also experienced by many other users).
