[Closed] subtitles are not working on all of VIKI since yesterday Roku

Subtitles stopped working on my Roku TV only on all of Viki. I tried all of the help steps and even thought leaving it over night might just solve it. Signed in and out, turned TV on and off, removed app,, reset TV, unplugged TV, tried to turn off subtitles to see if turning on and off and on would help but no, I only get a message from Viki telling me to go to the Roku page to work with subtitles. I have done all that I can and here I am almost 24 hours later with no subtitles on any of Viki. I pay for the app every month and am current so I can't see the problem nor can I fix it. Also suddenly asking me to verify by adding a PIN number every single time. It never saves it and keeps asking me to make a PIN number. What is going on?
