[Closed] Billing amount changed
Viki suddenly reverted to an old bank card which had not been used in 5 years and cancelled my account. I then received an email a month or so later apologizing and saying everything was reset and to log in. The amount was then increased. I need this account to be reset to the billing before the Viki glitch. Can’t find any way to report this error. Been a member since early 2000’s. Perhaps time to cancel.
