[Closed] Viki pass Plus upgrade
I would like to upgrade my standard viki pass to a viki pass Plus and there is no option to do so in the account management section of the viki app. I have seen this question being asked dozens of times in your forums, and you always answer something along "we will answer you privately because of personal data". May I just say that this is the most moronic answer you could give. I mean, here am I, a consumer, looking to give you MORE money by buying a more expensive subscription and you are making me fish for an answer by literally asking how to do so in your forum. Do you not want my money??

As this concern involves your account details and to ensure the security of your account, we hope that you can understand that we will need to privately address this issue on your account.
