[Closed] Viki videos will not load

Was watching a show and right in the middle the video stop and said "this media could not be loaded, either because server or network fail or format has been suspended" so I cleared my cache, updated browser, restarted my pc , and a few other things just to get back on the websites and every show I try to watch it says the same thing. I do not know what else to do

  • thank god there's someone with the same issue. i was frustrated and sent a request to viki with the screenshot. i thought there was something wrong with my pc.

  • Same thing for me... 
    I did all the manipulations requested, but nothing worked.
    Test on another streaming site, no problem.
    I'm waiting for the 2nd response from Support.
    The problem must come from their server.

  • Mine started working again, I think they are working on it because I did nothing after posting about it and went to bed. After I got back on the site, everything was working.
