[Closed] Viki Not Working Properly on my TV

When I try to use my Roku remote to shift items, the cursor jumps several items at a time. When I try to access the side panel (Home, Search, Settings, etc) it keeps moving so that all I can access is Search or Exit. I have removed the Viki app and reinstalled it.
