[Closed] Can't Upgrade to Pass Plus

It's been 3 weeks since I wrote the help desk about this issue and every time I follow up, they say something to the tune of "apologies for your issue, our engineers are working on resolving it" but no solutions to my actual issue. I don't know if they understand that I'm trying to give them more money, but nobody seems to care to provide an answer or solution to my problem LOL. When I go to change my subscription, I don't even have the option to get Pass Plus - I have asked to be manually upgraded, but nobody seems to pick up on that either.
