  Thank you for getting in touch with Viki Community Support!

  We understand that you'd like to watch shows on Viki on your computer aside from your phone. There is no limit to the number of devices you can log into using the same Viki subscription account.

  However, with effect from February 22, 2023 (PST), the number of devices you can have streaming at the same time will differ based on the Viki Pass plan type:

  • Viki Pass Basic/Standard - 1 device
  • Viki Pass Plus - Up to 4 devices

  To be able to stream on up to 4 devices at the same time, you can consider subscribing/upgrading to Viki Pass Plus. Plus subscribers will also have access to more exclusive content licensed in their country as well as other subscription benefits!   Do also note that Viki Pass Plus is only available in certain regions.
