not working

It’s been a few days and I have not been able to watch any of the shows it just has a retry button pop up is this something I need to fix or will you guys fix it?

    We're sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing this issue.

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please share with us the following information?

    1. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    2. What is the Operating System of this device or computer?
    3. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?

  • Hello,

    I am experiencing the same issue. It's been a few days now that I keep getting that same message. I have tried all of the suggestions to alleviate this issue. I am using a Chromebook. Please advise.
