[Closed]I am still having problems to stream video using Chromecast on my TV
Dear Viki Tech Team, I don't know what more to do. I have been having this same problem since 3 weeks back. At the first complain, the problem was solved for 24h and then, sundelly it was not working again. I sent a new complain once more and after 24h the same happened, mobile app was not loading video on TV using Chromecast. Viki Tech team through handsome @Kristoffer solved once more the problem and exactly after another 24h, mobile app was not working again. And now it's not working at all. My mobile cannot load video on TV and that is so annoying. The message that appears briefly on TV while I am trying to upload video through mobile app is: undefined. And after this brief message it appears the RAKUTEN logo. On my mobile the video seems to try to upload forever but never ends uploading. I guess that's it. I know viki attends complaints all around the world but I do hope you find sometime to help here to solve this problem FOREVER.
