Error processing payment

Been trying to subscribe but keep getting error processing payment. I don't think it's over my end, I've tried several times and with several cards.

    In order for us to understand the problem, can you please share with us the following information?

    1. How are you subscribing to Viki Pass? via viki.com or via the iOS or Android or Roku app?
    2. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    3. What is the Operating System of this device or computer?
    4. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?
    5. A screenshot of the issue or any error messages you might see.

    Please try a different payment method or you may also contact your bank institution to know if something wrong with your card.

    Also please try another browser upon subscribing.

  • There is nothing wrong with the credit card. I just signed up with Viu with the same card and it went through with no problem.
