[Solved] Undefined casting
Got that undefined error when casting, same problen, will work on phone but not on TV via chromecast. Split of a second it will try to cast and says , undefined ..then rakuten logo comes up. Help!

Still an issue so is the expectation to just uninstall and reinstall every show you watch.
Should we not be receiving compensation for this inconvenience? The length of time this is taking to resolve is unacceptable.
It's been over a week now... still can't cast. After uninstall and reinstall of app, Watch List is messed up...
At first uninstalling and installing worked, but as of 3 days ago it stopped working (I cast form Android phone). " It will either just have a loading screen the whole time, have the viki logo or the RAKUTEN logo and nothing will load after loading forever." this is my issue as well. I canceled my subscription since it's due for renewal on June 12.
My android devices updated today and the new version seems to have solved the problem!

Finally able to cast to TV, BUT subtitles are still not in sync...
Update today has fixed the casting. Now please fix both the subtitles not being in sync and provide the option to turn the subtitles off when casting as how it was before the update.
Yes, everything works again. Next time Viki, don,t play games when many users tell you an issue. Tech help useless.
I have the same problem. It only happens when I watch The Penthouse 3. I am casting from an iPhone to a chromecast.

This issue should be solved with this new release of the Android Viki app.
Thus, as what you are experiencing could be a separate issue, we will be reaching out to you via a ticket on the Help Center shortly so as to gather more information.
