[Closed] Viki not working on Roku, mobile app, or browser.

Hi there,

No videos are loading on any of my platforms; Roku, mobile app, or browser. I've even tried disabling my internet to see if it'll work over data on my phone but it doesn't. The loading on my Roku gets stuck at 13% and then errors with the message "connection timed out". On my app and browser, it'll say "something went wrong". Tried different videos from different series and still nothing. Please help.

Edit: Sorry, it looks like it's specific to certain shows when I'm using the browser. Half the shows work, half don't... On my Roku and mobile app, nothing works.

  • It isn't working for me as well, it just keeps on saying error and I tried on my laptop as well and it isn't working. Almost all the shows aren't working.
