[Solved] Episode keeps closing out
I'm watching foxs summer & im on episode 18. After a few minutes it just kicks out and closes the whole app out. Same if I fwd the video. I'm watching it from roku. I've tried restarting the roku and it keeps doing this over & over.

I would be seriously thinking of getting a Viki Pass but this roku issue prevents me from doing so. I start watching a show and it closes the App after a few minutes. When I try to get back in, it shuts off almost immediately.
Same issue on my roku. When it will be fixed? Its kinda annoying everytime it suddenly closes the series im watching on viki.

I just started experiencing the same thing. I am really disappointed, because of all of my streaming subscriptions Viki is pretty pricey and I have the most problems.
Just started happening to me today. It was working fine last night and a few days ago. Now it keeps shutting off. What is going on? When will it be fixed?
Same here. I just watched last night and today I haven't been ably to watch at all because of this issue; keeps shutting off!
I am having the same problem and have reported it. Go to top of page and use "submit a request". the more people the faster I think.
