[Solved] Roku - log in viki then boots me out
I installed viki on roku. Opened viki app, then log in. It gave me a code to use. So I went to the browser on phone viki.com/roku and type in the code. Back on roku, I clicked 'I have entered the code'. After that, it boots me out. So I am back on roku home.
I tried opening viki, only shows rakuten viki then blue screen and boot me back to roku home.
I deleted and reinstalled viki. The app works when I do not log in. I can watch but with ads.
I paid for a year for standard. How can I watch without ads?
As soon as I log in again, it keeps booting me out. Only way it works is reinstall and watch with ads.
I have ultimate roku, my internet is wired and with good connection. I have no issues with other apps.

I've alerted the team of this issue and they're investigating it. I'll update as soon as we have a fix.
In the mean time, what I can suggest is to watch on viki.com or our other Viki apps.

I paid for year of viki with a friends laptop now when I go to viki on my own roku device at home I still get ads why and how do I get this code you ask for???
I am also having the same problem we should get a credit for this issue
I'm having the same issue. It was working fine yesterday and now it's not. They need to fix this soon or start providing discounts because I'm missing out on my shows.
I just tried to open viki on roku and it opens briefly and then kicks me back out to the roku home page. It was fine yesterday but now this. Please fix this asap.

Its been about 3 months now. This issue ever been resolved??
I have paid for a year subscription and I still have not used it. I can but I bought the subscription in order to watch on tv using roku but unfortunately, still not working. I cannot watch on android or computer with small screen.
