[Closed] Cannot sign into Viki with Apple ID on Roku TV

Hi,

I am unable to sign into Viki on Roku using my Apple ID. Can someone please help? I see that others are having a similar problem, but I can't seem to find a solution online. I've contacted Viki's support email twice but keep getting sent to a site that does not address this issue.
