[Closed] Which devices support offline viewing?
I can’t use offline viewing on my Samsung tablet, the option isn’t even there, I am an Viki plus subscriber. I can do it on my iPhone but not Samsung tablet, why is that? Is this only compatible with iPhones to view offline and not Samsung tablets?

At this time, offline viewing is only available for users who meet the following requirements:
- Have a Viki Pass Plus subscription or have purchased rental titles
- Have the Android app version 9.0 or above
- Have the iOS app version 15.0 or above
This feature allows eligible users to download DRM-supported content to watch when the device does not have an internet connection.
As this feature is still being gradually rolled out, we aim to make Offline Viewing available for Viki Pass Plus subscribers in more regions as soon as we can. Currently, this feature is available only in North, Central, and South America.

In the meantime, you can continue to watch videos on Viki.com as well as mobile apps and TV apps.
