[Closed] Cancelling Subscription doesn't work
I just wanted to do free trial for 7 days, so I subscribed and tried cancelling within 7 days.
Unfortunately, when I click "Cancel Plan" button at https://www.viki.com/account-settings, it takes me to "How can I view or manage my subscription?" FAQ page (https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000054748), which is completely irrelevant of cancelling.
Could you please check immediately whether my subscription is cancelled successfully so that I don't have to be billed for a year?
It will be extremely unpleasant experience if I get billed for a year for 7-day free trial because of incorrect redirection link after me clicking "Cancel Plan" already.
