    If this issue is occurring on the viki.com website, please send a issue report for the problem by taking these steps:

    1. At the bottom of the video player, next to the volume icon, go to Settings > Report Video Issues
    2. Check the relevant categories and write any additional details and click Submit. This will automatically send us useful information that will help us debug what might be causing the issue you're experiencing.

    After submitting the report, please let me know.

    Alternatively, if you're experiencing this on a Viki app, please try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if it helps.

    If you continue to experience the same issue, please let us know the following information?

    1. Which Viki app are you on? What is your device model? (ex. Android mobile app on Samsung S8)
    2. Are you getting any error message?
    3. A short video or photo of the error message or issue you're experiencing

    Kristie, I have already followed your first suggestion, twice, with no response, or results.  I watch Viki on my laptop, not on any app. 

    There are no error messages.

    I looked up your account but was still unable to find any diagnostic report sent by you.

    Could you try sending the video issue report again? If you're having problems sending the report, please send a screenshot of the issue you're facing sending it.

    I've been having the same problem with the video freezing while the audio continues to play.  Sometimes, the video will jump back to earlier scenes while the audio of the current scenes play on.  I'm a new Viki subscriber and usually watch the shows on Samsung TV via Roku.  I was able to watch Because This is My First Life without any issue.  This video/audio out of sync problem started with ep 7 of Oh Hae Young Again and hasn't resolved.  I have an old Roku streaming device.  Is it possible that the problem is with the old Roku streaming device?  Will a newer version of Roku alleviate the problems?

    My issue (freezing) is still happening and I have sent more than one report! It happens with any drama I watch.  It does not happen on other streaming sites, just Viki; otherwise I would consider it a computer problem.  Please help me with this.  I love your site, but the frustration is very high.  If the problem can't be resolved...

    From what we're seeing, it seems that this issue is occurring when you play 1080p streams on your computer. To verify this is the case, please try if you experience the same issues when watching these shows:
