  • It's not just on Roku. When I watch on the website it won't advance to the next episode either. I just get error screen and have to manually go back to episode list. Thanks!

  • When I hit the next episode I get kicked out & error message 502 comes up. Then I have issues logging back into Viki altogether.

  • I'm having all the same above issues. When I try to progress to next episode on my Roku device, it kicks me out of Viki completely. Auto replay doesn't work either. Any idea when this will be fixed?

  • Oh and also forgot to add, the episodes do not recognize where I left off last. When I sign it, it's where I left off a couple days ago -- 4 episodes ago. I'm stuck on the same episode on the homescreen and have to go to search for the drama to get to the next episode. That seems to work. But it's time consuming to do each time.

  • I noticed if when the screen comes up - go ahead and choose a language, it will then continue to the next episode. Cheap fix for now.

  • Your changing episode problem using YOUTUBE autoplay problem does not work for Viki but works for YOUTUBE dramas. Solution for watching Viki on computer by going to right corner and changing to autoplay works only on computer Viki but does not work for TV Viki.  Changing autoplay ON for TV does not work for Viki.

  • Correction:  Changing AUTOPLAY ON for USB Viki using TV setting for USB AUTOPLAY  does not work for Viki episode problem.

  • I have not been able to watch the next episode from the first one.  I also noticed they increased the monthly rate... I hope they honor the fact that I have been able to watch due to this glitch and honor the old price so we can sign for a year....

  • I noticed that this issue is focusing on just the App version of Viki.  Just a heads up, Next-Episode quits to a "Something Went Wrong" with a puppy screen on Brave/Chrome on the desktop too.

  • What someone mentioned above about a temporary "fix" does work. If you're watching on the website, click "choose language" and select your language when you get the error screen. It will advance to the next episode. On Roku, start watching from the show screen where all the episodes are and then right before you get to the end of an episode, hit cancel on your remote (or back if that is all) and you'll go back to the episode list. Then click your episode there. That saves you from getting booting out of the app entirely and having to click through so many steps to start your next ep.

  • If you search for program they have a list of episodes and you can continue episodes as you need them

  • This issue is not isolated to Roku. I am currently experiencing the same problem on the browser version on Edge. And it's not just the "play next" option that isn't working. I also cannot choose another episode from within the episode list in the video player. Trying either of these things leads to the "Something went wrong" message screen.
