Multiple Profiles
It would be really neat if we could make multiple "profiles" for each account. It would allow easier sorting of shows when your family uses one account. For instance, if my Mom watches the same show as me, but I'm ahead in the series, then she has to remember what episode she was on and has to go to it, while separate profiles would allow me to have my spot saved, and she could have her spot saved as well. Or if someone else in my family likes Chinese or Japanese shows, and I'm only interested in Korean shows, then the interests could be split among different profiles so that I can easily get to my shows on the "continue watching" tab without having to sort through multiple other shows that I'm not interested in.
I would say that Netflix is a good example of multiple profiles, I would just say that it would probably be easier if you automatically logged onto the most recently used profile and you could change it from an option in the home screen.

I have been a long time customer of viki and have been saying exactly this for a very long time. Come on Viki, please, create profile options for us. All your competitors already do this, and not having profiles on Viki is pushing many of us away to those competitors instead. It's a simple fix and would be extremely useful for the watching experience.
Please allow us to create several profiles for our account! Definitely a need for my family! Don't read these suggestions and ignore. All other subscription services allow this.
I would love this feature added too. Myself, I’m willing to pay an additional cost to be able to do this.

Viki is the ONLY streaming service without each family member profile. I have subscriptions to Netflix, Paramount+, ESPN, YouTube TV, Prime, HBO Max, Apple TV, Disney, Hulu, (I think pretty much all main streaming services) and Viki is only streaming service without family member profile. My wife watches mainly dramas, but I watch mostly variety shows. We need two separate profiles. Please get it done. This is like 5 years too late which is like a generation in streaming world.
Please allow multiple profiles. With a family of all girls, there are so many random shows on my watchlist, I can't remember which ones I added!

This feature being such a BASIC thing that most streaming services already offer yet has yet to be implemented into Viki has me really questioning if customer satisfaction is of high importance. 2023 and still no such feature. Heavily disappointing.
When I subscribed I assumed there could be several profiles. I am surprised! and disappointed. It needs to be a priority with the demand for it so great.

I don't understand what they're waiting for. Every single streaming app allow us to use multiples profiles even tho it's different accounts and it's just sharing the same payment (like Apple TV and Globoplay), but Viki's still with a one only profile.
Viki’s SILENCE on this BASIC protocol and the VOICE of its subscribers SPEAKS VOLUMES LOUD and CLEAR. DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR comparison to other subscriptions, this is the VERY least Viki can offer especially with ALL of the omitted programming withheld from subscribers based on region which is ALREADY FINANCIALLY UNJUSTIFIED.
I just emailed them regarding this too. My grandmother took over my Viki account and now I can't find anything I've been trying to watch. We need the option for profiles, please!
Agree with the prior comments...please allow multiple profiles so that each viewer has their own watch list and can't see the primary person's lists.
