[Closed] Viki update on 1/31/22 through Roku TV and Roku stick did not load browsing tabs

TCL Roku TV and Roku stick on Vizio Smart TV did not successful load the update on 1/31; neither TV home screens display the browsing tabs for country, genre, Kocowa, etc formeral available before the update.
