[Closed] Viki App Not Working on Roku - Unable to Watch Shows

Hello,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with the Viki App on my Roku device. The app was working fine, but suddenly it stopped functioning as of today. I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists:

Deleted the app from my Roku and re-added it.
Checked for any available updates for the app and Roku system, but everything appears to be up to date.
Restarted my Roku device multiple times.


Despite these efforts, I’m still unable to watch any shows on the Roku app. Interestingly, the app is working fine on my iPad and Mac, so it seems to be an issue specifically with the Roku version of the app.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Any guidance or further troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
