Episodes fail to load on Amazon Fire stick app

No episodes of any show work on my Amazon Fire stick. I have logged out and uninstalled but I still get the failed to load error. It works fine on my phone and computer.

    Hi there!

    Really sorry to read this! Could you please try taking the following steps on your Firestick device before trying again:

    1. Turn off your device
    2. Unplug the Firestick from your TV
    3. Wait 3 seconds
    4. Plug in the Firestick device
