[Closed] Roku

Hello, I signed up for Viki on your app using Facebook but I don’t see the option on the roku app. I tried logging in using my facebook username and pass word, I tried logging in on my laptop and linking it to my roku and it said something about error connection to 3rd party device. Can someone help? I have paid for your services but I can’t use it like I want to until I can log in on my roku. Thank you.

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing login issues with Viki on your Roku Device.

    To make sure this is not a channel problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki channel from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Try to log back in to your Viki account following the steps (via code) here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. Which device and model number are you using? (Go to the Roku homepage > Settings > System > About)
    2. The version and build of your Viki Channel (Go to the Roku homepage > Scroll over to the Viki Channel > Press * to see the Version and Build)
    3. A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue.

  • I also am having issues, not able  to sign in,on Roku it is saying something about not able to put viki on due to channel problems this happened also a few months ago as well.
