[Closed] Why aren't you unlocking year-old dramas and variety episodes?
A year-old drama that your site said should have unlocked Tuesday for Viki Pass users should have unlocked Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020. It is still locked. WHY?
Year-old variety shows that your site said should have unlocked Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020, for Viki Pass users, are still locked. These are: Running Man; Master in the House; The Manager and My Little Old Boy.
Why are you not unlocking dramas?!?

I am interested in this query hoping it’s related to an incident I’ve had this week. I was watching the 2016-17 show Hwarang and halfway through episode 19 of 20. Now it says it is no longer available in my region (US/N America).
I had the same issue - why did it disappear?

I'm afraid that Hwarang is no longer available on Viki as its license has expired in your region. We really appreciate your kind understanding that we can only license dramas for a limited amount of time.

If that is the case, is there some way we can get advance notice as to what will be expiring? It is really frustrating to have a program disappear, especially if you are in the middle of watching it.
