[Closed] Learn Mode Out of Sync

The Korean sub-titles for Learn Mode on Where Stars Land is out of sync for me. It shows what will be said long before it is said. 

If I have only Korean sub-titles on, and am not using Learn Mode, the sub-titles show up at the right time. Once I try to view another language and Korean, at the same time though, the Korean parts shows up way earlier than it should.

    2. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    3. What is the Operating System of this device or computer?

    I actually also raised this same exact issue for the exact same series four months ago; Viki said they will fix it, sent me several emails about how they are "escalating" the issue, but actually didn't do anything.

    My info:

    1. USA, west coast

    2. PC
    3. Windows 10

    4. All browsers, including Chrome, Firefox

    5. All the episodes of the series: Where stars land

     

    Also, in that email I sent 4 months ago, I also said the series My love from the Star has the same issue during Learn mode, but no fix.

    4. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using? Chrome. I have briefly tested it with FireFox and Microsoft Edge too and it seems to be with all browsers.
    5. Which specific episode does this occur on? I have watched 15 episodes and all of the episodes I have watched so far of Where Stars Land have this problem. I'm sure this is a problem with all of the episodes too.

     

    Also, I think there might be a problem with the timing of the comments made by viewers too.

    Like a comment a viewer made said something along the lines of, "She's walking with all those guys laying on the ground while wearing a skirt." And I was confused because there was no woman wearing a skirt walking. Then about a minute later it showed a scene of the main female character doing just that very thing..

    This problem still hasn't been fixed for Where Stars Land. And now I'm watching Absolute Boyfriend and it has the same issues where the Korean is out of sync when using Learn Mode.
