[Solved] 2 problems
1- all of a sudden English subtitles have stopped while watching Haechi. I have deleted and reinstalled viki app, turned my iPad off and on, logged out of viki and logged back in.
2-at the same time #1 problem occurred, my viewing history disappeared.
