Our team is aware of the issues that occurred over the weekend regarding Viki Pass and Subtitles failing to appear.

We're glad to let you know that the issue has been resolved.

My viki pass still doesn't work, until yesterday it worked, I hope you solve the problems as soon as possible. Thank you for your hard work

Hi. Same here, my viki pass is not working. I can’t watch videos because they are locked. But it is included on the benefits when subscribed to viki pass standard. Thank you.
