[Solved] I can't see comment sections anywhere

It is kinda problematic when I am the creator of a collection, that is written back on, time to time, I want to communicate back to the fans of the collection, but I haven't had the chance to for very long now, months?

It is kinda sad, and I hoped that some other users on here maybe knows what is going on here or maybe Viki it self can tell us, I am not the only one having this issue am I?

Is this like maybe a bug, is this currently getting fixed? Hoping to seen some answers...

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    To help me check what's going on, could you let me know the following information:

    1. Where are you experiencing this on? On the Viki website or Viki app? If on app, which app?
    2. URL of the Collection
    3. What do you see when you try to access the Comments section?
    4. Screenshots

    I am experiencing this on Vikis website. And on everywhere, on viki dramas, fan collections, not only my own collection.

    Here is my collection: https://www.viki.com/collections/292517l

    I literally see nothing, only a thin white boks, where the comment section where supposed to be at.

  • Also another thing-

    It is not a problem but It could sure be easier and nicer if also there was the opportunity to write back at a comment on the Viki app, (I use the android version). and not only just write a comment. :)

    I see that you're currently located in the EU. The reason why you are not seeing the Comments section might be because you have not enabled the necessary cookies to view them.

    To fix this, please scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the Cookie Settings. In Cookie Settings, please ensure that you enable Social Media cookies. After which, refresh the page.

    Please note that you will also have to agree to the Disqus' Terms of Service.

    After which, you should be able to read Disqus comments.

    Hope this helps. If you continue to experience problems, please let me know.

    Also, we're aware of this limitation and are certainly looking into how we can implement this, but as this can be a rather complicated problem to solve, it will take some time before we can figure out how to resolve the issue. In the mean time, do continue to upvote the post in Viki Ideas as this will encourage the team to continue working on finding a solution for this.
