[Solved] Favorites disappeared.
Woke up this am and all my favorites that i am following have disappeared. I tried readding but it did not correct

There were some glitches with the previous fix and the engineers made some tweaks to the solution. The Following/Favorites section should finally be appearing correctly again for all. If you're still experiencing issues, do let me know!
I am also having this problems plus some new ones showed up in my favorites that I say are not for my region

Yup me too and I am not happy so does anyone know if this will be fixed anytime soon?
Frustrating that you can't get any response
A lot of my favorites have disappeared - about half the ones I'm following. When I add a show to following it doesn't show up in shows I am following or in my favorites on roku.

LOL, losing 4 pages, I have lost over 20 pages, 8 years of drama love ...
I am not doing anything, will wait if Viki can fix it. I never try to fix "bugs" like these, because it always messes up, when Viki "repairs" it.
I think 3/4 of my favs are missing. Others say I'm not following them (I am though) even when they are in my following list. This is happening on Roku and online.
Also, who the heck is downvoting this issue??? I just submitted a request at the top.
What happened to the majority of MY FAVORITES? It is not allowing me to re-follow titles that have been dropped!
I am having the same issue. About 4+ pages of my following/favorites have disappeared. Glad I'm not the only one with this problem even though it sucks all the same.
OMG where are my Likes dramas??? only 10 including NSSA page are remaining, I even clicked on my on projects again Like and nada, absolutely nada.... que pasa? How do we get now notifications from those we Liked??

I know this sounds weird but I wonder if this is from the meteor shower. It's gone across 4 states and it's electrical. A house exploded. I know it sounds stupid but I really wonder if it's affected this.

Sorry if it's slighty off-topic, but what use is having 15 or 20 pages of dramas you "Follow"? Other than getting spammed by the CMs for new projects (very remotely related to them) needing license?
I follow some upcoming shows in order to show that I'm interested in them and help get the license. I also follow a couple of oldies I don't want to see disappear. But that's all. When they do get the license I remove them.
At some point I did follow those I wanted to watch, but I got so much spam in my notification inbox that I deleted all of those, and just made a separate private collection for that purpose.
But even if you do use Follow for that purpose (having all the ones you want to watch in one place for easy access, if there are lots it's no longer easy: how can you ever find what you want if it's 15-20 pages?

I konw that now there is the possibilty to make a collection, (it wasn't like that 8 years ago) but what I do not like about the collection is that you can't switch the positions of a channel.
Well this is one point, the other is that I ususally not unfollow a drama - unless I really hate it, or don't like the channel for any other reason.
I follow upcoming shows only if the only awaken my interest, if they tent to become a must watch for me I fill out the request form.
Usually, I position the channels I watch at the start of my followed channels after that are the shows I want to watch and if a show doesn't managed to keep me interested, it will drift back. But if I am looking for a show, I will start to screen my favorites and usually find something.
These days I don't need to look, I have no time to spare. I barely managed to keep my QC this year.
BTW: How to stop the e-mailing that new comments are up here?

I didn't think we could see collections on Roku app. Can we? Using it on the tv I never see that in my choices.

It's still not fixed for me (App+Web browser). The Following section is still a mess (weird order of shows, not able to unfollow dramas). And sometimes the video controls on the App are missing for me (have to close & reopen it several times until it works again).
@me_97 thank you, I thought, I did unfollow, but maybe it was another thread. Channels might not be the only affected "follow/unfollow issue". I even changed my account settings, maybe I need to sign out/in? Now I went to my activies/following and the system told me one more time that I am no longer following, we will see if this will last ...
Yes still in weird order, but not officially solved, so maybe Viki is still at work. I think, I do not like this kind of "community service", you can't really interact with others. You can vote up or down or throw in a comment, if you follow you get a mail for each comment. What use should this be other than a data collection for Viki. I don't see much use for anyone else. Sorry, this is a really cold area here, who created it?
Three or four pages of my favorites have also disappeared. I do have one page, but the shows are not necessarily the ones I followed. It seems random. Also, I can't add or delete anything from the following list, so I'm not sure how to fix the problem.
Isn't there some sort of backup/restore file that Viki can use to fix this?
Any currently airing shows/newer shows (last 3-6 months at the very least) that I've followed still do not appear under my 'following' area. I noticed when I went to one of the show pages it's actually now not showing that I followed it.
Update:
The engineers have just released a fix for the issue and your Following/Favorites section should be back to normal again.

i am still have problems i can't move thing around and when i add new thing i can't find them
it show up how it should on my ipad an phone but when i go to it om my computer it all messy up
Following - Movies is okay, but there is only a page, so if that would be messed up ...
But Following - Dramas is not okay, it is still mixed up, there sometimes is an empty space inbetween, or only two lines filled, when it usually are four. I can add channels, since the last page grows, but who knows where that channel's image is saved.
Do we need to log out and back in, for a change?
