[Closed] Episodes not updating

I have researched and found that the problem of episodes not updating in dramas currently being watched has been an issue for a few years.  I have started having that problem with my laptop and my phone.  I'm able to download the app on my phone, but I have to log into the website on my computer.  I have cleared the cache on both, have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and have logged out and restarted my laptop.  Everything is still showing some progress on Episode 1 - I'm up to Episode 6 on one drama.  Any suggestions?

    We understand that you are referring to the Continue Watching feature to save the progress of the shows that you've watched. 

    We will be reaching out to you privately via a ticket on the Help Center shortly so we can gather more information about this issue.

    Please help to respond there too as this post will be closed to prevent multiple requests confusion.
